Tennessee Town Stands Up To Textbook Jihad

doctoredDear Gabriel—can you imagine the noisy scene? No doubt you've probably heard the news. Perspective is beginning to shift in this nation. Let me assure you that this is a big, big deal for the American people and for American liberty.

The Tennessee Department of Education’s "Textbook Commission" is meeting to consider the approval of recommended social studies textbooks for the state’s public schools. Normally, nobody from the public shows up at these meetings.

But this time, ACT! for America chapter leaders and members are out in force. They’ve done their homework, using our “Education or Indoctrination: The Treatment of Islam in 6th through 12th grade American Textbooks” report. They’ve done the legwork, educating public officials and the members of this textbook commission, showing them the many flawed and biased ways Islam is presented in the textbooks they are considering. And then the time comes for the commissioners to vote on whether or not to approve the textbooks.

And not one of them makes a motion to do so. So a second call was made for a motion. And not one of them offers the motion. The state’s Director of Curriculum stands up and sternly warns the commissioners there’s a deadline looming and they need to approve these books. And the commissioners hold fast and refuse to approve the textbooks. Wow. To our knowledge this is the first time a state textbook selection committee has refused to approve textbooks due to concerns about how Islam is presented!

Yes, folks, you can fight city hall. It’s not easy, but it can be done. You have to be informed, organized and strategic. Which is what we do at ACT! for America and what our Tennessee chapter leaders and members did. They did it smart. They did it right. And they’re just the latest example of what ACT! for America is accomplishing and how our strategic and grassroots approach WORKS!

The final chapter still has to be written. There’s another commission meeting on October 23. We need the commissioners to stand their ground and refuse to approve these social studies textbooks. If you live in Tennessee, you can help push this across the finish line by contacting the Rutherford County chapter of ACT! for America.

Thank you, ACT! for America chapter leaders and members in Tennessee for your awesome work on our behalf. Keep fighting the good fight!

Iran Aggressively Recruiting Invisible Army

Mr. President, if your Sunni leanings give you enough pause to gauge the imminent threat coming up through our southern border, then you should level with America. You should do a solid in closing our borders. You should stop this notion of disarming peaceful citizens who love their nation and their guiding principles. You should act now...

Iran is recruiting an “invisible army” of revolutionary sympathizers in Latin America to infiltrate the U.S. through the “soft belly” of the southern border, U.S. officials and national security experts told TheBlaze. And they’re using one website in particular to do it.

The Iranian regime’s conversion efforts are becoming increasingly aggressive, especially over the Internet, with the goal of conducting operations against United States interests in the Western Hemisphere, according to U.S. government officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the nature of their work in the region.

Historically, Iran has tried to recruit agents from the Lebanese Shi’ite diaspora in South America and West Africa,” Phillips said. ”This emphasis on Hispanic converts is something new.”

Islamoriente.com, which focuses on religion and politics, is one of Iran’s main recruitment and conversion websites for Latin America on the Internet, TheBlaze has learned. The site, which launched in 2008, includes links to Iranian television for Spanish speakers, anti-American news stories, essays on reasons to convert to Islam, chat rooms and a personal message from the Ayatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran.

Even as President Barack Obama waits for Congress to make a decision on Syria, the Iranian website wastes no time and has no shortage of stories ridiculing the U.S. administration for threatening to strike President Bashar Assad’s regime, a staunch ally of Iran.

Jim Phillips, a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation and expert in Iranian affairs, said Iran’s focus on Hispanic converts is a new evolution in Iranian operations in Latin America. Phillips said Khamanei’s message titled “The Importance of Work and the Nobility of the Worker” in Islam, is significant because the Ayatollah is “normally a background player in these sorts of efforts and doesn’t usually play such a public role.”

“Historically, Iran has tried to recruit agents from the Lebanese Shi’ite diaspora in South America and West Africa,” Phillips said. ”This emphasis on Hispanic converts is something new.”

In the past, “U.S. intelligence focused on Iran’s relationship with Hezbollah but now with the people they are recruiting it could be much more difficult to gauge who is infiltrating the U.S.,” Phillips added.

In August, the U.S. State Department decided to order a new review of Iranian terror activity in Latin America, based on a 500-page report issued by Argentinian prosecutor Alberto Nisman on Iran’s terrorist strategy in the region. Nisman was the original prosecutor in the 1994 bombing of the Argentine Israelite Mutual Association that killed 85 people and wounded hundreds more. Nisman believes Hezbollah, on orders from Iran, was responsible for the bombing.

The report states that Iran has attempted to infiltrate “for decades, large regions of Latin America, through the establishment of clandestine intelligence stations and operative agents which are used to execute terrorist attacks when the Iranian regime decides so, both directly or through its proxy, the terrorist organization Hezbollah. These actions have been taking place within the so-called ‘export of the revolution,’ which was never masked by Tehran and is, in fact, written in their own constitution.”

Nisman’s report supports the evidence U.S. officials say they’ve found in the region. Iran’s revolutionary guard is focused on Latin America and has ramped up its efforts over the past decade, utilizing the same Internet tools they censor and ban from their own citizens. It is ”part of their effort to build an invisible army to penetrate the U.S. and our interests without suspicion, and it’s something we should be extremely mindful of,” said a U.S. official familiar with Iranian operations in Latin America.

The official said recent Iranian activity in Latin America shows the importance of the region in Iran’s political and ideological goals. Those goals are not only to cultivate anti-American sentiment in the region but also to build a network of support among Latin American converts in positions of power, the official said.

The Blaze attempted to trace the domain and creators of the server hosting IslamOriente.com but the site is protected by a privacy company based out of the U.S. Attempts to call the number on the website led to a voice recording from a telephone number out of Queensland, Australia, which said that the website is protected by privacyprotect.org.

According to a 2012 report from the Middle East Media Research Project (MEMRI), a think tank providing translation on video and Internet websites from the Middle East, privacyprotect.org is one among many U.S. companies that are used by Al Qaeda and other nefarious groups use to hide their information. MEMRI also attempted to trace the Iranian website to no avail.

Ayelet Savyon, the director of the Iran desk for MEMRI, told The Blaze that Iranian activities seem to be focused more on recruiting from the local populations with more sophisticated approaches.

"(Iran) is doing so in all parts of the world with the aim at targeting the U.S. soft belly,” said Savyon, who is based in Israel. “Latin America is a long-term goal for them with direct national security implications for the U.S., and I do think it’s of special interest to the U.S." She referred to The Washington Post's recent report revealing how Iranian embassies in Latin America use cultural attaches to recruit young impressionable students to special conversion programs in Iran.

“Now what they desire is a proxy terrorist group that can easily slip past U.S. border security,” the U.S. official added. “Who’s going to suspect an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, Mexico, or anywhere else for that matter, of being a jihadist?”

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, who was elected in June to replace the openly anti-American Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said in a recent public address that his support for Latin America is strong. Rouhani told Vasquez Bucaro, the president of the Central American Parliament and the head of Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly, that he welcomes increased interaction between the two groups and Iran’s legislature to strengthen their relations.

“Just because Iran has a new president, that hasn’t changed their goals,” Savyon said. “They are looking to recruit people who can support Iran’s revolutionary values. Their agenda hasn’t changed, only thing that has changed is the image they are trying to present to the world.” A U.S. counterterrorism official said Iran’s activities are being closely monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies and “there’s no question that Iran has tried to cultivate ties with some of Latin America’s left-leaning governments.”

“As an element of this strategy, Tehran has mounted a charm offensive that includes using Internet propaganda to influence public opinion in these countries,” he added. Another U.S. official, who has worked in Latin America for more than a decade, said Iran has dedicated a large number of resources to recruiting and converting people in Mexico, who have easier access to the U.S. border and can easily blend in with other migrants crossing the border.

In 2009, six U.S. officials confirmed in an earlier investigation conducted by this reporter that the designated terrorist group Hezbollah, which is supported by the Iranian government, had been using the same narcotics routes used by drug cartels into the U.S. That has not changed but now “Iran’s goal is to recruit people that can be utilized against U.S. interests” and blend in without raising suspicion, the U.S. official said.

Hezbollah is based in Lebanon and was founded after the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982. It has grown into a major political, military and social welfare organization, which is controlled and financed by Iran and in 2006, it fought a 34-day war against Israel.

Hezbollah members and supporters have entered the U.S. through the southern border as early as 2002, with the case of Salim Boughader Mucharrafille, a Mexican of Lebanese descent. He was sentenced to 60 years in prison by Mexican authorities on charges of organized crime and immigrant smuggling. Mucharrafille had owned a cafe in the border city of Tijuana, near San Diego. In 2002, he was arrested for smuggling 200 people into the the U.S., including Hezbollah supporters, according to a 2009 Congressional report.

In 2005, Mahmoud Youssef Kourani, the brother of a Hezbollah chief, pleaded guilty to providing material support to Hezbollah after being smuggled across the U.S.-Mexico border and settling in Dearborn, Mich.

“Now what they desire is a proxy terrorist group that can easily slip past U.S. border security,” the U.S. official added. “Who’s going to suspect an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, Mexico, or anywhere else for that matter, of being a jihadist?”

Four Arabic Words Every Infidel Must Know

This is a must read for newcomers and surface gliders of the pernicious groupthink of Islam and old hats alike. In fact I had never heard of two words of the four after seven years of fairly heavy reading with eyes wide open and a mind ready to critique the ugly morality Islam has spent on Muslims and non-Muslims for nearly 1400 years.

Let this be a lesson. There is always something new and revolting about Islam to discover before it's too late...

In 539 BC, King Belshazzar of Babylon saw a dismembered hand-written four prophetic words on the wall. This "handwriting on the wall was finally interpreted by the prophet Daniel as predicting the fall of the kingdom. He was right. Babylon fell to the Medes-Persians that very night."

Like the "handwriting on the wall" that Prophet Daniel had interpreted, there are four Arabic words, which could lead to submission of the entire world to Islam, if non-Muslims do not fully understand their meaning and implications. Those words are taqiyya, tawriya, kitman and muruna.

Each of these words describes a different style of deception used by Muslims when discussing Islam or their activities as Muslims.

Mohammed famously uttered, "War is deceit." (Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 4, Book 52, Nr.268). The Quran boasts that Allah is the "master of all scheming" (Quran 13:42) and that he is "profound in his machinations" (Quran 8:30). Western civilizations are not accustomed to dealing with people, who have developed deception into an art form. Knowledge is power, and the best way to combat the Islamist agenda is to say, "We know the method of your lying. You can stop now!"

Taqiyya

The Kaaka Meteorite
The Kaaka Meteorite
Taqiyya is defined as dissimulation about one's Muslim identity. It originates from the verse in the Quran that says, "Let believers not make friends with infidels in preference to the faithful—he that does has nothing to hope for from Allah—except in self-defense [illaan tattaqoo minhum tuqatan (Quran 3:28)].

This "self-defense" justifies dissimulation. As you might imagine this particular tool of the Islam faith is a powerful one when used to disarm Infidels of notions that Islam is not a religion of peace because of this fact or that fact, they will never admit as a character flaw of Islam, or its policing mechanism called Sharia Law. It is the Islamic Sharia Law that no Muslim can avoid that provides, "When it is possible to achieve an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible, and lying is obligatory if the goal is obligatory."

Reliance of the Traveller. Section r8.2 PERMISSIBLE LYING. The Prophet said: "He who settles disagreements between people to bring about good or says something commendable is not a liar"). Examples include lying to protect Islam or a Muslim.

Tawriya

Tawriya is defined as concealing, and it could be called "creative lying" or where appropriate "lying under oath". It is OK to break the intent of the oath, as long as you don’t break the letter of the oath.

Reliance of the Traveller. Section o19.1 If one swears "I will not eat this wheat," but then makes it into flour or bread (and eats it), one has not broken one's oath.

Reliance of the Traveller. Section o19.5 When a person swearing an oath about something (in the future, affirming or denying that it will occur) includes the expression "in sha' Allah ("if Allah will"), before finishing the oath, then the oath is not broken in any event if he thereby intends to provide for exceptions.

tawriyaHow does this work? Suppose someone protests that Surah 1 of the Quran demeans Christians and Jews, because it is a supplication Muslims make to Allah seventeen times a day to keep them from the path of“those with whom God is angry” and “those who have lost their way”.

A Muslim might respond, “Surah 1 never mentions Jews or Christians.” He is practicing tawriya, because while Surah 1 does not mention Jews and Christians by name, but he knows full-well that the words "those" refer to Jews and Christians.

Another example would be when a Muslim responds to your greeting of "Merry Christmas!" He might say, "I wish you the best." In your mind, you think he has returned a Christmas greeting. In actuality, he has expressed his wish for you to convert to Islam; he wishes the best for you which, in his view, is becoming a Muslim. This principle of tawriya is also at play, when prominent Muslims decry killing on innocents. To a Muslim, only Muslims are innocent. The infidels have rejected Allah, the High Most God, and therefore are not innocent.

Kitman

Kitman is characterized by someone telling only part of the truth. The most common example of this is when a Muslim says that jihad really refers to an internal, spiritual struggle. He is not telling “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”, as witnesses are sworn to do in U.S. courts.

Often, kitman results in a gross distortion of the truth. In the example given, the Quran uses jihad and its derivatives 59 times. Of those, only 16 (27%) could be considered “internal” with no object as the target of the struggle based on the context of the surah.

Another common form of kitman is to quote only the few peaceful passages from the Quran, knowing full-well that that passage was later abrogated by a more militant, contradictory verse.kitman

Here is an excellent example: "There is no compulsion in religion." (Quran 2:256)

"Are they seeking a religion other than Allah's, when every soul in the heavens and earth has submitted to Him, willingly or by compulsion?" (Quran 3:83)

Another example: "Permission to take up arms is hereby given to those who are attacked, because they have been wronged." (Quran 22:39)

"When the sacred months are over, slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them and lie in ambush everywhere for them." (Quran 9:5)

And another example: "Anyone who kills a human being... it shall be as though he has killed all mankind. ...If anyone saves a life, it shall be as though he has saved the lives of all mankind..." (Quran 5:32)

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah... that they should bemurdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned;" (Quran 5:33)

Muruna

Muruna means using “flexibility” to blend in with the enemy or the surroundings. The justification for this kind of deception is a somewhat bizarre interpretation of Quran 2:106, which says, “If we abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten, We will replace it by a better one or similar.”

Thus, Muslims may forget some of the commands in the Quran, as long as they are pursuing a better command. Muslims striving to advance Islam, therefore, can deviate from their Islamic laws in order to cause non-Muslims to lower their guard and place their trust in their Muslim counterpart.

At times, Muslims practice muruna in the same way a chameleon changes colors to avoid detection. Muslims will sometimes shave off their beards, wear western clothing, or even drink alcohol to blend in with non-Muslims. Nothing is more valuable these days to the Islamists than a blue-eyed Caucasian Muslim willing to engage in terrorism.

Another common way of using muruna is for a Muslim to marry a non-Muslim or to behave like a non-Muslim so their true agenda will not be suspected.

Huma Abedin, Muslim Brotherhood?
Huma Abedin
The 9/11 hijackers visited strip clubs and bars during their off-times while taking classes in the U.S. to fly airplanes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the White House. Many Americans believe that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's aide, Huma Abedin, married Jewish Congressman Anthony Weiner at least in part to burnish her security credentials so she could infiltrate the highest levels of the Administration, speculating on the fact that her father and her brother hold high rank among the Muslim Brotherhood...

The implications of these highly-honed tactics of deception could be enormous for unassuming Western societies. Twenty years ago, psychologist Paul Ekman wrote an insightful book, "Telling Lies," which demonstrated that people give off recognizable clues when they are practicing deceit. Their consciences cause them, involuntarily,to sweat or raise their voices or make other recognizable gestures.

However, Dr. Ekman’s research was exclusively with people from Western cultures. Muslims, on the other hand, show no discernible signs when they are being deceitful because there is no feeling of guilt. In their minds they are doing exactly what Allah wants them to do to advance Islam. Because any Western person who has raised children knows almost intuitively when someone is lying, so they assume they can do that in all cases. Unfortunately, those same Western people can be easily duped by Islamic deceit because there are no tell-tale signs in the deceiver.

Mosab Hassan Yousef
Mosab Hassan Yousef
Another example of playing muruna to the tease of perfection is Mosab Hassan Yousef, self-proclaimed "The Son of Hamas".

Yousef, the son of a jailed Hamas terrorist leader and MP, Sheikh Hassan Yousef, the most popular figure in that extremist Islamic organization. Mosab, as a young man, assisted his father for years in his political activities. He converted to Christianity and operated under cover in the service of Israel's intelligence agency for a decade. Yousef reveals this information in his book, Son of Hamas: A Gripping Account of Terror, Betrayal, Political Intrigue, and Unthinkable Choices.

Mosab however, did not convert to what the West would recognize as Christianity, but to a fiery, Palestinian brand of the faith that is vehemently anti-Israel. According to Mosab, his main goal in coming to the U.S. is to infiltrate the main source of international support for Israel: the American church. From an interview with Al-Arabiya:

"During my tours in universities and even churches, [I found] the real support for Israel stems from the church in the West... We need to understand the difference between "revenge" and "resistance" and once the Palestinians do, we will have our victory against Israel."

Hopefully, this article will be a wake-up call to the unsuspecting infidels. Trust but verify—as was an old American strategy in dealing with potentially hostile parties—is the way to go in dealing with Islamists.

    Quotes About Revolution

    250px-JeanGenet-HansKoechler1983-cropped
    Writer Jean Genet
Prudence ... will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.—THOMAS JEFFERSON, Declaration of Independence

The revolution you dream of is not ours. You don't want to change the world, you want to blow it up.—JEAN-PAUL SARTRE, Dirty Hands

A people contending for life and liberty are seldom disposed to look with a favorable eye upon either men or measures whose passions, interests or consequences will clash with those inestimable objects.—GEORGE WASHINGTON, letter to General Thomas, July 23, 1775

Revolutions have never lightened the burden of tyranny. They have only shifted it to another shoulder.—GEORGE BERNARD SHAW, Man and Superman

It's the well-behaved children ... that make the best revolutionaries. They don't say a word, they don't hide under the table, they eat only one piece of chocolate at a time. But later on they make society pay dearly. —JEAN-PAUL SARTRE, Dirty Hands

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure. —THOMAS JEFFERSON, letter to W.S. Smith, Nov. 13, 1787

Make the Revolution a parent of settlement, and not a nursery of future revolutions.—EDMUND BURKE, Reflections on the Revolution in France

    9th Circuit Laugher
    Some People Prefer Government Endowments
That humanity and sincerity which dispose men to resist injustice and tyranny render them unfit to cope with the cunning and power of those who are opposed to them. The friends of liberty trust to the professions of others because they are themselves sincere, and endeavour to secure the public good with the least possible hurt to its enemies, who have no regard to anything but their own unprincipled ends, and stick at nothing to accomplish them.
WILLIAM HAZLITT, Characters of Shakespeare's Plays

Do people demand a really just system? Well, we'll arrange it so that they'll be satisfied with one that's a little less unjust ... They want a revolution, and we'll give them reforms -- lots of reforms; we'll drown them in reforms. Or rather, we'll drown them in promises of reforms, because we'll never give them real ones either!!—DARIO FO, Accidental Death of an Anarchist

If we behave like those on the other side, then we are the other side. Instead of changing the world, all we'll achieve is a reflection of the one we want to destroy. JEAN GENET, The Balcony

A little rebellion now and then is a good thing and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical. —THOMAS JEFFERSON, letter to James Madison, Jan. 30, 1787

I can imagine no man who will look with more horror on the End than a conscientious revolutionary who has, in a sense sincerely, been justifying cruelties and injustices inflicted on millions of his contemporaries by the benefits which he hopes to confer on future generations: generations who, as one terrible moment now reveals to him, were never going to exist. Then he will see the massacres, the faked trials, the deportations, to be all ineffaceably real, an essential part, his part, in the drama that has just ended: while the future Utopia had never been anything but a fantasy. —C.S. LEWIS, The World's Last Night

    They never fail who die
In a great cause: the block may soak their gore:
Their heads may sodden in the sun; their limbs
Be strung to city gates and castle walls—
But still their Spirit walks abroad. Though years
Elapse, and others share as dark a doom,
They but augment the deep and sweeping thoughts
Which overpower all others, and conduct
The world at last to Freedom.

    —LORD BYRON, Marino Faliero

The right to rebellion is the right to seek a higher rule, and not to wander in mere lawlessness.—GEORGE ELIOT, Felix Holt

Resistance to improvement contradicts the noblest instincts of the race. It begets its opposite. The fanaticism of reform is only the raging of the accumulated waters caused by the obstructions which an ultra conservatism has thrown across the stream of progress; and revolution itself is but the sudden overwhelming and sweeping away of impediments that should have been seasonably removed.—HORACE MANN, Thoughts

The history of the human race always has been, and most likely always will be, that of evolution and revolution.—LEWIS F. KORNS, Thoughts

It is far more easy to pull down, than to build up, and to destroy, than to preserve. Revolutions have on this account been falsely supposed to be fertile of great talent; as the dregs rise to the top, during a fermentation, and the lightest things are carried highest by the whirlwind. And the practice of this proposition bears out the theory; for demagogues have succeeded tolerably well in making ruins; but the moment they begin to build anew from the materials that they have overthrown, they have often been uselessly employed with regard to others, and more often dangerously with regard to themselves. CHARLES CALEB COLTON, Lacon

A constitution imperiled justifies revolution.—EDWARD COUNSEL, Maxims

As to the history of the revolution, my ideas may be peculiar, perhaps singular. What do we mean by the Revolution? The war? That was no part of the revolution; it was only an effect and consequence of it. The revolution was in the minds of the people, and this was effected ... before a drop of blood was shed. —JOHN ADAMS, letter to Thomas Jefferson, Aug. 24, 1815

If we would trace our descents, we should find all slaves to come from princes and all princes from slaves: But fortune has turned all things topsy-turvy, in a long story of revolutions.—WELLINS CALCOTT, Thoughts Moral and Divine

Revolution does not insure progress. You may overturn thrones, but what proof that anything better will grow upon the soil? —E.H. CHAPIN, Living Words

Some men hope for revolution but when you revolt and set up your new government you find your new government is still the same old Papa, he has only put on a cardboard mask.CHARLES BUKOWSKI, Notes of a Dirty Old Man

Taqiyya: The Peculiar Institution of Bald-faced Lying by Bearded Islamicists

    Mohammed's Law
    Mohammed's Law
JUST AS EGYPTIAN secularists have long argued, taquiyya-possessed Islamists like the Salafis and the Muslim Brotherhood hide behind a mantle of piety and morality—yet, when it comes to it, such piety and morality is apparently not something they strive to live by, but rather a weapon to use against non-Islamists, who are always portrayed as immoral and corrupt. Quick to grow beards and have a zibiba—the callous forehead mark produced by head-banging on the floor during Muslim prayers—Islamists like Sheikh Ali Wanis, an Egyptian parliament member and prominent figure in the Nour Party are more concerned with outer signs of morality, even as they engage in forbidden sexual relations, which are banned on pain of death by their own Sharia.

Yet there is more to it than this than simple taqiyya. After all, in the words of their prophet Muhammad, "War is deceit"—and the Islamists have certainly been treating the elections as war.

Such piety and morality is apparently something they strive to live by, but rather a weapon to use against non-Islamists, who are always portrayed as immoral and corrupt.
Speaking of equivocation and sex, immediately before this scandal, another prominent Egyptian Salafi, Osama al-Qusi, declared that it is permissible to view sex scenes in movies—"so long as the plot calls for it," concluding, in the words of Muhammad, that "deeds are judged according to intentions."

Sex scandals can strike any politician's career. What is important, here, however, is that a sex scandal has just struck the one political party whose only appeal is that it stands for morality, religion, and "family values." It has nothing else to offer—and now it doesn't even have this, as its thin veneer of piety continues to slip away.

    Read it all.

We might add that most Muslims adhere to the principle that not only is lying to the infidel or kafir okay in the name of furthering Islam, but that ALL lying is good because any shameful act that gives the infidel or believer a chance to ridicule Islam is worth covering up so as to keep Islam pure from any taint. Apparently Allah is easily fooled.

    Culture Shock In Scotland

    M
    Kriss killer
    Kriss killer
ayhem, fooking bloody mayhem, perniciously instigated "once again" by Muslims (or Asians, as the British press likes to straddle it), and while it may have just been a pothole in the road of expanding documentation in the clash between the West and those more fiercely devoted followers of Mohammed, the debate over just what is to be done to stabilize these rising concerns is still rather muted, and nearly always neatly packaged in broad but rather simplistic terms. After all goes the party line, it was merely one white teenager who lost his life, however gruesome the attack. But let's be fair. Actually, this time, this place, the callousness of the brutal murder of an innocent fifteen year old boy did arouse the community from their politically correct slumber. Here is a reprise of that disgusting story from overseas:

Recently, forensic scientist Ruth Ramage testified in Scotland court that Glasglow youngster Kriss Donald was probably still alive when he was burning and had made his way down the grass to where he finally lay. He may have tried to extinguish the flames by rolling in the mud on the Clyde walkway before his death. The 15-year-old's body was found by the walkway, near London Road on 16 March 2004, a day after he disappeared.

At the High Court in Edinburgh Mohammed Faisal Mushtaq, 27, Zeeshan Shahid, 28, and his brother Imran Shahid 29, deny racially aggravated murder. Ms. Ramage had been called to the Clyde walkway and described her findings to the court.

"A smell of petrol was noted, particularly when the deceased was turned over onto his back," she said, noting that there were a number of stab wounds on his back and blood stains and scorch marks to logs about 50 yards away. His body was also heavily stained with soil on top of the burn marks.

Originally republished here on October 23, 2006. Here is an update. News of the original crime was major news in the anti-jihad circles, but there were some surprises along the way to justice for this young Scottish native where three of his Muslim attackers were given life sentences. Read on:

Three Muslim gang members were jailed for life yesterday for the "savage and barbaric" racially motivated murder of a schoolboy in Glasgow who had been singled out because he was white. Kriss Donald, 15, from Pollokshields, was abducted, stabbed repeatedly and then doused in petrol and burned to death by five men of Pakistani descent in March 2004, apparently in revenge for an earlier incident at a city centre nightclub.

The prosecution said four of the men then drove their captive on a 200-mile journey via Motherwell and Dundee, phoning friends and underworld associates for advice about what to do next; their journey was traced for the court by tracking some 200 mobile telephone calls.
The judge, Lord Uist, told Imran Shahid, 29, his brother Zeeshan, 28, and Mohammed Mushtaq, 27, that their "pre-meditated, cold-blooded execution ... truly was an abomination".

As he sentenced the men to minimum sentences of 25, 22, and 23 years respectively, the schoolboy's mother, Angela, shouted out: "You bastards!"

During the six-week trial the high court in Edinburgh heard graphic and often harrowing testimony from forensic experts that the victim was probably alive when he was set on fire, and had tried vainly to douse the flames by rolling on the ground.

His charred and semi-clothed body was found in the foetal position the following day, on a walkway on the bank of the Clyde. Prosecutors said the murder was "one of the worst and most appalling crimes of inhumanity against an effectively defenceless boy".

The jury of nine women and six men heard that Mr Donald had been singled out by Imran Shahid, 29, known as "Baldy", after Shahid had been hit with a bottle or glass at Victoria's nightclub on Sauchiehall Street in central Glasgow the previous evening.

Shahid, a bodybuilder who at the time sported a distinctive part-shaven, bleached-blond haircut, had pledged to seek revenge for the assault, which he blamed on a rival gang. "Boys from McCulloch Street" had attacked him, the court heard, and he wanted to know which "white bastards" had injured his pride.

Shahid and his four friends set out in a stolen silver Mercedes, cruising the streets of Pollokshaws with a knife, hammer and screwdriver; they came across Kriss Donald, who was a friend of the white men being sought but who was unconnected with the nightclub incident.

The prosecution said the car contained Imran Shahid, his brother, Zeeshan Shahid, nicknamed "Crazy" who was driving, their cousin Daanish Zahid, Mohammed "Becks" Mustaq and Zahid Mohammed. Their victim was first thrown into the rear footwell of the car despite his vain attempts to grab hold of the car doorframe, and threatened with a knife, punched and kicked, as Imran Shahid shouted: "I'm Baldy, nobody fucks with me."

A friend who narrowly escaped from the gang, Jamie Wallace, said the schoolboy cried out: "I'm only 15, what did I do?"

The prosecution said four of the men then drove their captive on a 200-mile journey via Motherwell and Dundee, phoning friends and underworld associates for advice about what to do next; their journey was traced for the court by tracking some 200 mobile telephone calls.

Eventually they drove back to Glasgow after a white associate suggested that the Clyde walkway was a quiet spot useful for "sorting" someone out. At the riverside, it was alleged, the 15-year-old was held down, stabbed 13 times and set alight.

The men's mobiles had fallen silent just after 7pm, and started up again about 20 minutes later, when the Mercedes was driven to a back lane near Glasgow University and set on fire.

Later that evening clothes from the attack were burned in another alley by Mushtaq and Zeehan Shahid. The wreckage of the Mercedes held vital forensic evidence, the court heard, including traces of Kriss Donald's blood and one of his trainers, and Imran Shahid's leather jacket, which had been preserved only because firecrews had arrived in time to prevent the car being destroyed by the fire.

Community leaders were extremely worried about the risks of an explosion of racial violence, with accusations that the British National party was stoking up tensions. Mrs. Donald intervened with an appeal for calm, stating: "It doesn't matter to my family what colour these men are. Kriss is gone because of gangs, not just in Pollokshields but every area of our communities."

The gang members escaped to Pakistan. It emerged in court that Mohammed Sarwar, the Pakistani-born MP who represents the Pollokshields area, had played a pivotal role in bringing the three men to justice, backed-up by the then foreign secretary Jack Straw.

Mr. Sarwar lobbied the Pakistani president, Pervez Musharaff, to introduce a one-off extradition treaty to secure the men's return. One meeting took place at the funeral in Cairo of the Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat. The three eventually agreed to return voluntarily in October last year.

The Veil, The Mask of Islamic Supremacy, Folly, and Failure

The polarized debate over full-face veils in Great Britain is turning ugly. "This could be the trigger for the grim spiral that produced riots in the north of England five years ago," says Trevor Phillips, head of the Commission For Racial Equality in the UK.

Jack Straw, Leader of the House of Commons, recently sparked a media debate by saying he preferred women not to wear full-face veils at meetings in his constituency because he believed they made communication difficult.

After years of western leaders bending to Muslim demands, British leaders are daring to suggest theat the polarised situation over race and religion is riskeing a repeat of the Burnley and Oldham riots, adding: "We saw it in France last year where the French allowed north African communities to grow up completely separately, not feeling French."

"Eventually that frustration, that exclusion boiled over into the kind of car burning we saw last year—I do not want that for Britain."

Of course, any Muslim response is typically self-serving and one-sided. Massoud Shadjareh, from the lobby group the Islamic Human Rights Commission, told the BBC that "ministers after ministers after ministers" had been attacking the Muslim community recently, which was unfair and "not a means of respectable dialogue".

"I have to say the Muslim community really has been extremely calm, and extremely responsible," he said. Muslim Council of Britain secretary general Muhammad Abdul Bari said the integration debate had become "increasingly shrill and ugly", accusing Phillips of having a "poor track record" on this issue and criticised him for not mentioning recent attacks against Muslims which "accompanied this so-called debate".

Muslim Council of Britain secretary general Muhammad Abdul Bari said: "We have seen veils being forcefully pulled off Muslim women and Muslim individuals, including an imam in Glasgow, badly beaten up by thugs.

Reality check. Unfamiliar customs do make people uncomfortable. People of all tribes and tribulations. So Muslim women who live in Europe should strongly consider the consequences of wearing the veil before they pick up and tear across the globe seeking asylum. There seems to be a groundswell of well-intentioned folks who are sick of this acquiescent multicultural crap at the cost of all common sense.

Melanie Phillips, in her book, "Londonstan: How Britain Is Creating A Terror State Within" is not shy in assailing the damage multiculturalism and uncontrolled immigration has done to England and its once proud institutions, now paralysed by political correctness and the fear of being labelled racist and xenephobic.

If one is to survive in a modern society then one must expect to to make accomodations to it just as those of us who live in modern societies make accomodations to backward, sexist, pre-industrial conventions when we travel. No one is forcing these women to dress like Madonna the Material Girl, but it is not unreasonable to expect people to be recognizable on the street, in the courts, and on pieces of identification like a driver’s license.
But over and over again, we are told how "uncomfortable" certain immigrants with a certain religious purity feel when encountered with the strange stares they receive. We are not talking about violent attacks here. Nothing of that sort should be tolerated, on either side of any divide. But time and time again, in one European country after another, it is the Muslims who are demanding peculiar accommodations and psychological crutches, while also committing the most atrocious crimes against host nation citizenry and getting away with it while natives are prosecuted with impunity for the so-called "hurt" feelings of an Islamic passive aggressive. This is called extortion. Here's an example:

A Muslim teaching assistant who sparked a political storm after she refused to remove her veil during lessons, has won her employment tribunal case for victimization against the school which suspended her but lost her claims for discrimination and harassment. Ms Azmi was awarded £1,000 for "injury to feelings" after she succeeded in her claim of victimization. But her claims of direct and indirect discrimination, and her claim of harassment, were dismissed.

    Burqa
    Woman In Burqa
Let's review: when one moves to a new culture, guess what? You should expect to feel uncomfortable once in a while. Hell—I feel uncomfortable in too damn many places right here in America. Should I have the right to riot or sue the britches off the social stratum that makes me feel isolated, inferior, or downright scared?

And how about all these Western visitors to Muslim countries forced to take to scarf, et cetera.

If these Muslim women and their husbands and religious leaders find the idea of leaving one's face uncovered in public and during conversation unthinkable then they should be escorted to a part of the world where a gal can get back to basics and throw a burkha over herself and enjoy regular public beatings when she exposes an ankle.

If one is to survive in a modern society then one must expect to to make accomodations to it just as those of us who live in modern societies make accomodations to backward, sexist, pre-industrial conventions when we travel. No one is forcing these women to dress like Madonna the Material Girl, but it is not unreasonable to expect people to be recognizable on the street, in the courts, and on pieces of identification like a driver's license.

That's the least one can do, or else we might ALL be facing this very soon with grave consequences.

As one wit put it, "There are perfectly reasonable, modern ways for a woman who wants to make a display of her piety to cover herself, but when it comes to completely blocking but for a narrow slit the loveliness that is woman, there are a million places on this planet where this behavior is welcomed and most of them are served by non-stop daily flights. By all means, get on one, now. And the kicker. Covering one's whole body with a burqa or one's face with a veil is not even mentioned in the Qur'an, but is an extreme version of an indoctrinated and ruthlessly enforced modesty. That uncomfortable black (usually) stretch of cloth is a social weapon and a psychological result of a misogynous culture notoriously called Islam, The Religion of Submission.
